The Forum on Faith and Life is Concordia's interfaith and peace-building resource center. The Forum creates exciting local and global opportunities for genuine encounters and transformative conversations with the interfaith and intrafaith neighbor.

The Forum on Faith and Life fosters:

Opportunities for genuine encounters with the intrafaith and interfaith neighbors
A deeper, more compassionate understanding of one another across traditional boundaries
Transformative conversations about faith and life
Thoughtful and informed reflection on issues of ultimacy including justice, meaning, ethics, vocation, theology, service, hope, mystery, spirituality and peace-building
Student development in interfaith studies and practical skills needed to engage a religiously diverse world

The Forum on Faith and Life is an expression of Concordia's Interfaith Cooperation Statement:

Interfaith Scholars

The 2021-22 Interfaith Scholars are Sharon Mac-george Nwabia '23, Nick McGinley '23, Avyan Mejdeen 鈥�22, and Madi Hagen 鈥�22.

Signature Speakers Series

The Forum on Faith and Life's Signature Speakers Series annually brings best-selling authors, award-winning leaders, and renowned interfaith activists to campus to engage with students, faculty, and staff.

Interdisciplinary Interfaith Studies Minor

Concordia's interdisciplinary interfaith studies minor 鈥� one of the first and only degrees of its kind nationwide 鈥� complements any major. Whatever career path students pursue 鈥� business, health care, social work, or education, among others 鈥� the minor gives students the crucial knowledge and skills needed to engage a religiously diverse world.

Better Together

Concordia's chapter of Better Together works to cultivate interfaith relationships within the college and the broader community in order to create a more just and humane world through service and dialogue.
